Pediatric Urology

The Pediatric Urology program supports interventional, epidemiological, descriptive, and natural history studies of children with noncancerous urologic disease.  The portfolio includes research on vesicoureteral reflux (VUR), enuresis, and urinary tract and bladder outlet obstruction.  The program also advances the study of congenital abnormalities, such as posterior urethral valves, bladder exstrophy, and abnormalities associated with spina bifida.
