Urology Clinical Research and Epidemiology

The Urology Clinical Research and Epidemiology Program advances clinical studies and epidemiologic research for noncancerous urologic diseases. The portfolio encompasses the development and analysis of large databases, cross-sectional surveys, prospective observational studies, case-control studies, and randomized, controlled clinical trials. Key areas of interest include preventing disease, identification and validation of markers to establish disease and disease prognosis, treatment of diseases and defining risk factors.
