Partners & Community Organizations

Partners are key to NDEP’s success. NDEP collaborates with its partners to achieve shared goals in diabetes prevention and management. By working together, NDEP and its partners can make a greater difference than any single group could alone. To become a partner join a stakeholder or task group, share our content with your community, or contact us.

What is the role of an NDEP partner?

Organizations and individuals that share NDEP’s mission, goals, and strategies to improve the health outcomes of people with diabetes and people at risk for diabetes can become an NDEP partner.

Partners collaborate with NDEP in many ways. Some get involved in stakeholder or task groups to provide input on NDEP’s activities. Others adapt and distribute content to the communities they serve. NDEP helps partners stay informed about research and evidence-based practice to improve diabetes care and treatment, and connect with others working in similar areas.
