The Body Weight Planner uses your height, weight, sex, age, and an estimate of your activity level to create a plan to reach and maintain a healthy weight.
You don't need to be a computer wiz to use the tool. A step-by-step video walks you through how to
- enter your information
- estimate your physical activity level
- and use the SuperTracker tool to create a meal plan based on your individual weight goals
