In an effort to facilitate development of research into lymphatic function and organ function, the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) and the National Heart Lung and Blood Institution (NHLBI) will be having a joint meeting of investigators under their joint initiative on lymphatics research. The meeting will be held on November 10, 2014, at the NIDDK in Bethesda, MD.
The purpose of the meeting is to bring investigators funded under the initiative to meet with each other, and other invited speakers in the area of research, in order to facilitate formation of collaborations and accelerate research.
