Meeting Purpose
The National Institute of Medical Sciences and Nutrition and the National Academy of Medicine of Mexico, together with the National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NIBIB), the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) and the Fogarty International Center, NIH, will be holding a joint workshop, Technology-based Strategies for Management of Diabetes Mellitus, on March 3-4, 2014 in Mexico City. This unique event will focus on diagnosis and prevention in four areas of diabetes: glucose control; nephropathy; retinopathy; and neuropathy.
