Meeting Objectives
The purpose of this conference is to: (1) review the state-of-the-art knowledge of acute kidney injury (AKI) in neonates; and (2) determine the feasibility of studying this group in an organized prospective manner. This conference will bring together experts from the fields of pediatric nephrology, neonatology, general pediatrics, industry, and professional organizations to get a broad perspective on the issues to be considered.
