In this webinar, guest speaker Dr. Jessica Unick will clarify the national physical activity guidelines and share current research on physical activity and its effect on overall health. During the webinar and discussion, we will debunk some persistent myths about physical activity and provide evidence-based strategies to help your patients meet their goals. Supporting resources and tools from the NIDDK and other groups will be highlighted.
